DESSERTS

 

No Pudge Brownie Mix (No Pudge!)  Just add 6 oz. non-fat vanilla yogurt (or 12 oz. for a less dense brownie) and 35 minutes later, you've got a really fudgy brownie with no saturated fat, no cholesterol and very low sodium!  (If you add additional yogurt, bake the brownies about 20 minutes longer).  We'd put the brownies made from this mix up against any fattening bakery brownie any day -- that's how good these really are!
